Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Manager to oversee assigned project(s) from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance in line with company requirements.

You will recruit and manage project staff, monitor delivery, manage profitability, review job costs and invoices, and serve as the liaison with customers. Strong leadership and telecom/security systems experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years verifiable experience in security systems, access control and CCTV.
• Supervisory or managerial experience required (5+ years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise staff and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan for and manage project profitability and financial performance.
