Monson Savings Bank is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Associate/Teller at our Monson Branch. The role performs teller and customer service duties, processes deposits and withdrawals, checks cashing, money orders, and related administrative tasks in a community banking environment.

Requires a high school diploma and cash handling experience; strong communication, math aptitude, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and math aptitude.
• Ability to operate a computer and follow security procedures.
