Overview

Monson Savings Bank is seeking a Full-time Float Customer Service Associate/Teller based out of our Monson Branch.

Position requires the ability to work a flexible weekly schedule between all five branches, including Saturday shifts.

This Float CSA position works a variable schedule, Monday-Saturday, 37.5 hours weekly. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 1:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the CSA Supervisor and Branch Management, perform a variety of Teller and customer service duties including check cashing, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, the sale of money orders and bank checks, and related administrative and clerical duties.
• Understand and maintain the Bank’s standards for service, customer satisfaction, and relationship building.
• Sell and cross-sell Bank products and services.

Education/Experience

Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
