Qualifications

No university/college degree required; related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Strong customer interaction skills and knowledge of banking products.
Ability to educate customers and identify opportunities for referrals and balance needs with company policies.

Responsibilities

Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and makes referrals to branch staff.
Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet needs; educates on digital options.
Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
