Job summary

Ross Dress For Less is seeking an Area Supervisor to join Store Leadership. You will be responsible for a specific area of the store and oversee general operations when acting as Manager on Duty.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, supervising Associates, maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area at all times. You will also execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.

• The Area Supervisor is a member of the Store Leadership who is responsible for a specific, assigned area of the Store as well as the general operations and supervision of the Store when functioning as the Manager on Duty.
