Supervisor Role

Supervisors contribute as an integral member of the store management team by implementing strategies and ensuring operational excellence to maintain brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.

About the Role

  1. Creates a high-energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors to other associates, supervising, and coaching on sales training to ensure the highest level of service and sales.
  2. Proactively resolves consumer concerns in line with company policy, partnering with the store manager on elevated issues.
  3. Participates in training new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policies, and other responsibilities.
  4. Partners with store management to set expectations, coach, and foster an environment of engagement, retention, and talent development, delivering formal performance feedback.
  5. Handles cash and merchandise operations efficiently, including shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment, while maintaining standards and compliance with store policies.
  6. Works with the Store Manager and other leaders to adapt strategies and meet or exceed sales and performance goals daily.
  7. Supervises store team in the absence of management.
  8. Ensures compliance with all store policies, procedures, and directives from management.

  3. Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools and adapt to initiatives.
  4. Has progressive retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training skills.
  5. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Capable of performing all essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, and other physical activities, with reasonable accommodations as needed.
  7. Must have reliable transportation.
  8. High school diploma or GED preferred.
