Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Model company values and maintain teamwork and engagement.
• Monitor community competition and advise adjustments to maintain competitive position.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and communicate key updates.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, cash control policies, and product handling.
