Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent service.

Under the Store Manager, you will lead a productive team, show initiative, and set a strong example in daily operations. The role emphasizes managing staff, sales, inventory, and financials, with a clear path away from the Retail Management Development Program but toward stability and growth within CVS/pharmacy

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and strong analytical capability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills are required.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store management, supervision and policy implementation.
• Manage sales, inventory and financial performance.
• Staffing, training and development of store crew.
• Provide customer service leadership and resolve issues.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
