Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, performance, and consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through outstanding customer service and proactive leadership on the shop floor.

Under the Store Manager, you will lead staffing, training, and development, manage inventory and finances, and promote a strong customer service culture. The role requires flexibility for early shifts, overnights, and weekends in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
