ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership, team supervision, and daily operations. You will help manage schedules, inventory, and customer service to achieve store goals.

The role requires excellent communication, team leadership, and the ability to train team members. Starting wage is $26.00 per hour with a wage increase to $27.00 per hour in Year 2, and a full-time schedule of about 38 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and overall store performance.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Ensure proper inventory and cash control procedures are followed.
