Job summary

HouseMart Enchanted Lakes Ben Franklin Crafts in Kailua, HI, is seeking a full-time Supervisor to assist in all facets of daily store operations and drive sales growth. You will coach staff on selling techniques, inventory best practices, and product knowledge, while ensuring top-notch customer service.

The position requires at least two years in retail or customer service with supervisory experience preferred. Flexible hours and physical duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in retail and/or customer service oriented environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to perform under pressure and make effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Maximize productivity to achieve sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate expectations to staff.
• Ensure products and selling areas are received, stocked, and merchandised.
• Motivate staff and promote teamwork to achieve department and store goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures and manage shrinkage within industry standards.
• Handle store opening and closing functions.
