Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• General knowledge and experience with computer systems and two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greets every customer and provides personalized assistance.
• Store Visuals and Merchandising: Sets up and maintains displays; ensures presentation is current.
• Sales and Product Knowledge: Uses product knowledge to build customer loyalty.
• Inventory: Performs weekly counts and handles register transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Safety and Security: Works safely and follows prevention practices.
