Qualifications

• Age 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Background screenings completed.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profits and customer service by leading assigned category team and operating the store in accordance with policy.
• Operate the store as Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintain store security as a key-holding manager.
• Handle customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Train and develop Associates and Leads.
• Communicate with staff via daily briefings and regular meetings.
• Assist with banking deposits and change orders.
• Assist with café/grocery supply pickups as needed.
• Consult with General Manager on performance.
