Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retailer.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving, unloading, sorting, and flowing goods to sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Enforce asset protection and policy compliance.
• Direct workload planning and supervise associates in daily tasks.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
• Drive community relations and store programs.
