Job summary

Everflow Supplies Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Sugar Land, TX to support outbound shipments. The role includes preparing and verifying shipping documents, processing transactions in WMS/ERP, and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have experience in shipping or distribution, strong attention to detail, and good communication. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

Experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or distribution logistics.
Ability to review shipping documents, verify information, and catch discrepancies.
Basic computer skills for data entry and records management.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation (packing lists, bills of lading, labels).
Verify outgoing shipments against orders and records for accuracy.
Process shipments using WMS, ERP, RF scanners and related tools.
Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies and documentation gaps.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and transportation providers for timely shipments.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical shipping records and traceability.
Respond to inquiries about shipment status and documentation.
Prepare routine shipping activity reports and monitor deadlines.
Follow SOPs, safety rules, and company policies while keeping area organized.
Support additional shipping and warehouse tasks as needed.
