Job summary

Everflow Supplies is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support accurate outbound shipments from our Distribution Center. The role focuses on preparing and verifying shipping documents, processing transactions, and maintaining records to ensure orders ship correctly and on time.

You will work with WMS/ERP systems and RF scanners, coordinating with warehouse personnel and transportation providers to resolve discrepancies and meet customer expectations with attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately review shipping documents, verify shipment information, and identify discrepancies.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, electronic recordkeeping, and the ability to learn warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels, and related shipment records.
• Verify outgoing shipments against customer orders, shipping instructions, and system records to ensure accuracy.
• Process and update shipping transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, RF scanners, and other designated tools.
• Identify, research, and communicate shipping discrepancies, including incorrect quantities, product identification errors, and missing documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, supervisors, and transportation providers to support timely and accurate outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical shipping records, ensuring proper documentation and shipment traceability.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding shipment status, shipping documentation, and related issues.
• Prepare routine shipping activity reports and assist with monitoring shipment accuracy and processing deadlines.
• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and company policies while maintaining an organized work area.
• Support additional shipping and warehouse activities as assigned to meet operational needs.

Position Summary

The Shipping Clerk plays an important role in supporting accurate and timely outbound shipments at Everflow\'s Distribution Center.
