Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Missouri is seeking a dedicated full-time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service akin to a guest’s favorite restaurant.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, handling orders via a state-of-the-art POS, and performing opening/closing dining room duties. A friendly, service-driven attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, positive attitude and genuine care for residents.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization if applicable.
• Server must hold or obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders clearly to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as outlined by the community.
