Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Server for our community restaurant to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents. You will greet residents, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selection while building relationships and delivering friendly service.

You will use our point-of-sale system, coordinate orders with kitchen staff, and perform opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, caring demeanor toward residents.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state/county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation and professionalism required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the point of sale system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as directed by the community.
