Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol in Southfield, MI. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service to clients at a chemical/petrochemical location.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, conducting patrols, verifying credentials, and reporting observations. Minimum requirements include HS diploma and background check; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and critical situations calmly and report observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, document visitor activity, and maintain daily reports.
• Observe and report hazards or policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
