Ampersand Therapy in Colorado Springs, CO is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K-12 school setting. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapy license
• CDE Special Services Provider License with OT endorsement (or ability to obtain)
• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including evaluations, treatment, and consultation
• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
• Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote carryover
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Adapt materials and environments to improve student access
