Ampersand Therapy in Centennial, CO is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school setting. You will conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado State OT license or eligibility.
• CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement or ability to obtain.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.
• Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance records.
• Adapt materials and environments to improve student access.
