Qualifications

• Must possess a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in housekeeping.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and clean rooms.
• Wash windows and surfaces.
• Restroom sanitation and restocking supplies.
• Replace light bulbs and manage recycling.
• Assist with minor repairs and report damages.
• Operate heating and cooling equipment.
• Unload and store supplies.
• Lock/unlock doors and ensure building security.
• Move and store materials; assist with duties as assigned.
