Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of building services/maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and maintain facilities.

Aufgaben

• Safely performs custodial tasks in classrooms, hallways, lobbies, washrooms, offices, cafeterias, gyms, and other areas according to a regular schedule.
• Complete daily work task checklist and report to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in summer cleaning programs including stripping/waxing floors and deep cleaning.
• Move furniture or equipment as directed by the principal or head custodian.
• Assist in event setup/teardown and disposal of trash in school areas.
• Shovel ice and snow; perform general grounds care.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment; report maintenance needs.
• Monitor maintenance requests and respond in a timely manner.
