ATX Learning Group in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position serving students across North Charleston. The role emphasizes collaboration with school teams and families to support behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, data analysis, IEP participation, staff coaching, and PBIS support. A Master's degree and BCBA certification are required, along with SC licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• South Carolina licensure or certification for behavior-analytic practice required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify behavioral needs and guide intervention planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to measure student progress.
• Support students with autism, emotional disabilities, and other needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goals and recommendations.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Train staff on evidence-based behavior-management strategies.
• Support PBIS, crisis prevention, and de-escalation.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential student records.
