Buckle is hiring a Leader in Training and Floor Leader for our Grandville store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, driving sales, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations under the Store Manager and leadership team.

You will recruit new teammates, train staff, and model how to balance sales with customer care. Responsibilities include coaching others, maintaining visual standards, handling POS procedures, and ensuring loss prevention practices.
