Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Able to operate store equipment like cash registers, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses the POS system to scan and process purchases; reports scanning concerns or errors to management.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows the line policy and opens additional lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and merchandising displays per planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and delivers to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards; supports operational efficiency goals.
