Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by working with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional service.

Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with scheduled raises in subsequent years. Typical full-time schedule is around 30+ hours per week, with opportunities for growth and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate store equipment and interpret ALDI policies.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products according to planograms.
• Operate the POS system to process purchases and handle scanning issues.
• Assist customers and escalate concerns to management as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and displays.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and promptly.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
