Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to provide exceptional customer service, stock shelves, and operate the checkout. You’ll work with the ALDI team to maintain an inviting store, process transactions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role is full-time with average hours around 30+ per week and starting wage of $20 per hour, with scheduled increases over time. Responsibilities include merchandising, cashiering, curbside pickup support, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products following planograms.
• Operate the POS system to scan and process purchases and handle cash per policy.
• Open additional checkout lanes as needed to improve efficiency.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and safe store environment.
