Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role is full-time with 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour, with wage increases scheduled in subsequent years. Benefits and opportunities are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate store equipment including cash registers and devices
• Interpret ALDI policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
• Perform basic arithmetic
• Follow instructions and pay attention to detail

• Meet availability requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed
• Use POS system to process purchases accurately
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards
• Complete curbside pickup orders and deliver to customers
• Adhere to cash policies and loss prevention guidelines
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss-reduction goals
• Maintain awareness of store policies and procedures
