Responsibilities

• Collaborate with students, staff, and administrators to develop restorative programs.
• Support a safe and responsive school culture.
• Communicate expectations and learning goals to students.
• Provide training on restorative principles to staff and students.
• Serve as liaison between students, families, and the school to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of restorative processes and outcomes.
• Attend to emergencies and enforce school protocols when needed.
