Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work or related field.
• NY state teaching/counseling/social work certification or SAS/SDA/SDL (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee a restorative practices framework for the district.
• Train staff and coach staff to lead restorative circles and interventions.
• Facilitate student, family engagement through circles and conferences.
• Collect and analyze data on discipline trends and program impact; report findings.
