Morley is seeking a remote-based customer service associate in the United States (Georgia residents) for a full-time early career role. You will handle health insurance questions from customers via phone and email, navigating multiple systems to resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Georgia resident for remote role.

Responsibilities

• Research and handle questions about benefits, eligibility, payments, and other issues.
• Provide accurate information to customers, managers and clients.
• Create and send status updates or service recovery communications.
• Route or upscale inquiries when needed.
• Explain policies and benefit details.
• Document each interaction clearly in the tracking system.
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations.
