Job summary

Robertson Heating Supply is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter at our Alliance, Ohio corporate office. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across our 41 locations, coordinating with hiring managers and guiding candidates from screen to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and exceptional organization. Prior HR Generalist experience is a plus, along with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• HR Generalist or broader HR experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and online job boards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with managers across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruiting process for positions throughout the company.
• Create and post job advertisements using appropriate recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with Branch Managers and other hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with managers regarding open positions and candidate status.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screenings, driving record checks).
• Follow up on employment offers and communicate next steps to candidates.
• Coordinate electronic onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain accurate applicant and recruiting records.
• Assist with recruiting initiatives, job fairs, and other methods of attracting qualified candidates.
• Provide additional HR support as needed.
