Job summary

SRV Temperature Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist focusing on Recruiting to join our in-office, full-time team. This role prioritizes full-cycle recruitment, collaboration with hiring managers, and developing onboarding programs to welcome new hires from day one.

You will support benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance while maintaining an efficient ATS to streamline hiring across departments. A proactive, inclusive mindset drives our people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, recruiting, or a related people-focused role.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring across multiple departments and levels.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse people.
• Experience with ATS platforms (ADP, Greenhouse, Lever) and HRIS systems.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle priorities.
• Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Position Overview

SRV Temperature Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist focusing on Recruiting, to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable engaging with potential candidates. This is an in-office, full-time position.
