Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Support Professional in Owings Mills, MD. This full-time position requires helping clients with daily activities, monitoring safety, and coordinating program schedules in a 24/7 facility.

Responsibilities include admissions processing, client movement monitoring, and assisting with medications under supervision. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; flexibility with shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record
• Flexible availability due to 24/7 operations
• Driven, with no DUI or fatal incidents in past 5 years

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions and document movement
• Screen belongings, monitor client movement, and sign-out book
• Coordinate in-house activities per schedule (chores, breaks, visits)
• Maintain daily census and report infractions
• Conduct client orientation sessions and meetings
• Transport or assist clients to appointments as needed
• Conduct room searches and random searches as directed
• Deny access to unauthorized persons and supervise medications if required
• Perform regular room checks as per schedule and monitor incidents
• Report unauthorized absences and conduct safety/fire drills as required
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform weekly inspections
• Maintain facility sanitation and file necessary work orders
• Manage weather-related property maintenance
• Complete written and electronic incident reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
