Job summary

Reading Corps, powered by AmeriCorps and administered by Ampact, seeks a Reading Tutor in Minnesota to work with students in local schools. You will deliver proven activities, coach students, and follow a set tutoring schedule each school day.

You'll track progress, conduct assessments, enter data into software, and participate in coaching and training to grow your skill set. This role offers a stipend and education awards through AmeriCorps.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online).
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities
