Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) are dedicated to providing compassionate senior care and welcoming work environments. The Personal Care Partner II QMAP Overnight Full-Time role supports residents' daily needs and medication oversight under licensed nurse supervision.

This overnight shift covers Wednesday through Friday with a pay rate of $21.75 per hour, benefits may apply, and prior QMAP certification or equivalent is required by the state.

Qualifications

• Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• High school or Equivalent (GED)

Responsibilities

• Attends to the personal care needs of residents in a timely manner and helps with ADLs as requested by residents or directed by supervisor.
• Provides personal care services such as assistance with bathing, dressing, meals, laundry and related activities.
• Anticipates and identifies resident care needs and reports to supervisor; monitors safety and well‑being.
• Maintains open communication with supervisor and peers to promote awareness of resident issues.
• Reports changes in resident status or health to supervisor and documents accordingly.
