Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking staff for the 6pm-6:30am shift to assist residents with daily care while supervising medications under licensed nurse supervision. Strong attention to resident needs and documentation is essential.

The role requires QMAP-A/L or Med Tech credentials, English proficiency, and a High School diploma or GED. This position is on-site in the Denver area with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Medication certification required.
• QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Attends to the personal care needs of residents in a timely manner and helps with ADLs as requested by residents or directed by supervisor.
• Provides personal care services such as bathing, dressing, meals, laundry with attention to individual resident needs.
• Anticipates and identifies resident care needs and reports to supervisor.
• Responds to family members as appropriate; maintains open communication with supervisor and peers.
• Monitors safety and well-being of residents and documents condition as directed.
• Assists with prescribed daily medication routine as appropriate and per state law.
