Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking a PRN Overnight QMAP for Saturdays to meet residents' personal care needs and supervise medications under a licensed nurse. The role involves assisting with ADLs, reporting changes, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Medication certification required (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide or Nurse Delegation).
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year elder care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily personal care needs of residents in line with mission and values.
• Supervise medications under licensed nurse supervision and review MARs.
• Assist with ADLs and daily living activities for residents.
• Report changes in resident status and any safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain timely documentation of medication administration and resident care.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in team communication.
