Emerald Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. The PTA will work closely with our physical therapists and nursing staff to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents.

Formación

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).

Responsabilidades

• Assist physical therapists in implementing and modifying treatment plans; provide hands-on therapy.
• Collect and document patient data, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about exercises, equipment use, and home programs.
• Set up and maintain therapeutic equipment and assist devices.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other staff for a cohesive care plan.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols.
