Job summary

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team in Lincoln, Nebraska. The PTA will work closely with physical therapists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, aiming to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life for our residents.

This is a full-time position with M-F hours and some weekends as needed, offering flexibility with scheduling and potential as-needed opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current Nebraska state licensure or certification as a PTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation services in collaboration with physical therapists and nursing staff.
• Assist residents to improve mobility and strength and overall quality of life.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
