Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Assess residents to determine physical abilities and functional needs.
• Assist therapists in planning and implementing therapeutic exercises.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
