Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Florida to provide skilled services to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) in Lakeland. You will work inside dedicated therapy gyms, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

This full-time, hourly-position offers competitive pay, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, Life insurance, AFLAC options, and a supportive leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
