Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Lakeland, FL. The role works inside dedicated therapy gyms within skilled nursing facilities to help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

The position is a full-time, hourly role exclusively for Florida-licensed PTAs, with a supportive team, modern facilities, and competitive pay. Training and a positive, quality-care culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
