Step Up Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Lakeland, FL. You will provide skilled PTA services, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence in dedicated therapy gyms.

Qualified applicants are licensed in Florida as a PTA (or license-eligible) with SNF or post-acute experience preferred. The role offers a full-time schedule and supportive leadership in a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside dedicated therapy gyms within SNFs to help residents regain function and independence.
