Step Up Rehab is recruiting a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for work in Lakeland, FL within skilled nursing facilities. The role requires Florida PTA licensure and admission to provide therapy in a SNF setting. We offer full-time hours, modern rehab gyms, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

You will support residents to regain function and independence with evidence-based PTA services, under leadership that values clinician well-being and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health or similar rehab software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Support with modern rehab gyms and compassionate care within dedicated therapy spaces.
