Job summary

Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled therapy within dedicated SNF gym facilities in Lakeland, FL. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence for residents.

The position is full-time, hourly, with modern rehab gyms and a supportive leadership culture that emphasizes quality care and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
