Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a SNF setting across Lakeland facilities. You will work with residents to improve function, safety, and independence under an interdisciplinary team, in modern rehab gyms.

Florida PTA licensure is required (or license-eligible). The role offers full-time hours with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits as part of our dedicated therapy team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside dedicated therapy gyms within skilled nursing facilities to help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
