Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our in-house rehab team. You will help residents improve mobility, strength, and quality of life under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

This role requires an active Texas PTA license, SNF experience preferred, and comfort with Net Health. We offer competitive pay, robust benefits, flexible schedules, and a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Texas PTA license in good standing.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices.
• Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed PTA treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide skilled PTA services under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Relay information and referrals to the PT as needed.
• Implement and adjust care plans under PT guidance.
• Measure motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Track patient responses and adjust interventions with the team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Ensure timely documentation per policies and regulations.
• Attend required rehab department meetings.
