• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Market Ready apartments including repairs and cleaning.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Maintain resident privacy and ensure safe working conditions.
